do I really need all of the medication

Hi everyone, this is my first time here so I am not sure about what I am supposed to say other than I suffer from depression and panic attacks and I am looking for someone to understand what this is like and to be able to feel like I am still me in here...and not what the meds proto-type person. Thanks for letting me join and I hope to be helped as well as to help.
