It's good to hear that you got a wonderful night's sleep!

I know that for some meds, withdrawal symptoms don't show up right away because the medication is still in your body. It takes a while for some meds to be completely cleared away. I don't know about Abilify. Maybe you can find more information about the withdrawal symptoms of Abilify on the Withdrawal board.
