Thanks for responding back so quickly, I really needed that. I am supposed to go to my second transition appt. with my therapist that I'm leaving. I don't want to go, it's too painful. I don't really know why I should go. It's like breaking up with someone but going on a date with them anyway for transition, sounds stupid feels stupid.
