Hi Alexandra - I'm doing ok but hurt my back this week so am forced into being more reflective and ceased running around like a headless chicken. I suppose most people with 'mental health' issues get down at Christmas time. Still sober at 8 months now. I couldn't have done this without the support of AA, my therapist and my partner. Alcohol is a great suppressant - but it bites back eventually! How are you?
