newbie with cyclothymia

Hello Everyone,
Thought I'd just post a short introduction. I found this forum about a week ago. Think it's very good to find some personal experiences!
I'm 28, Dutch, and have been living in England since 3 years. After years of struggels, I've recently been diagnosed as Cyclothymic.
Again, happy to have found you! Good luck to all.
