Welcome to Babble! - I took Wellbutrin as adjunct treatment with Effexor. When Effexor stopped working for me, my pdoc put me on Cymbalta. It was a seamless, side effect-absent transition, much to my surprise (and relief).

You may find some discussions on this on the main PsychoBabble board, which deals with medications.
