> Anybody have any suggestions on how to survive a break up of a marriage. It hasn't happen yet but I can't take it any longer - - yet I still get to see the hurt on my 5 yr daughters face.
Welcome to Psycho-Babble, minord.
I'm so sorry to hear about your marriage. It sounds really difficult, especially when you care so much about your daughter.
There are a couple places where you can "Start a new Thread" where you can get feedback from people who will have more insight than me.
If you see the list of boards at the top and bottom of the page, you can pick different boards that will help you connect with people who can give you different kinds of feedback.
"Relationships" is probably a good place to start
"Psychology" is an opportunity to talk about how therapy can help you cope
"Psycho-Babble" aka the medications board can give you more information about medications that can help you feel better.
"Social" is a good place to get general support, for things not specific to therapy and medication.I hope you keep in touch- breaking up is a major event in your life, and you deserve as much support as you can get.
your friend,
ll
