Hi Sharon. Welcome to Babble Land. Sorry to hear you're having
a rough time. Would it be an option to find a new doc?.....preferably a good Psych-doc (P-Doc) There are some good meds avavilable, it just might take a little time to find what works for you. With the help of a good P-Doc, and/or therapy, you could be feeling a whole lot better real soon (or it may take a while...but you will feel better)
You sometimes have to be your own advocate when it comes to health care, especially mental health care. There is tons of info about meds, therapy etc...on the different boards here....lots of real good people who know about lots of stuff. and if you ever just need to talk or need some support, there's lotsa of that here too.Peace

> Hello, my name is sharon, i am new here and i really need someone to talk to me, i dont have any friends, or no one to turn to. i was in therapy, but i was a joke to them. The doc put me on remeron, and i had serious bad side effects and refused it and asked for someting else. He just put his hands behind his head and laughed in my face, like it was a joke, and said that he couldn't help me. I cant stop crying, 4 days straight now, which is not new i cry every day, but really for 4 days straight, i dont know where the tears keep comming from, i just want to give up, i am so tired of trying, no one understands and no one cares. I am in college, 3 yrs now, but i stay so upset, i cant do my work anymore. I think i am hurt most by the dr. now, i cant beleive he wont help me, even for my kids sake, it looks like he would treat me so they wouldnt have to suffer through my constant tears. It really upsets them and i just want my life to be back to normal, i love my kids and college and i just want to smile and not cry. Someone please talk to me before i completely loose it, please.
