A big welcome. Yes I must say it was tough opening up to strangers too. But overall Babblers are kind and warm and will help all they can. More than some of my IRLifers I can say.
Good luck with your new ad. I am not on an AD. I refused it. I have DID not BP. And that isn't easy thing for me to say. I have tons of anxiety though, and panic attacks, thank god for xanax. I am not depressed right now I would say and so does my pdoc but you never know when that crap can come back.
So anyway, welcome, and visit psychology some time that is where you will find me mostly. Some on social, and admin., sometimes meds but not much since I am not taking many meds right now.
