Ave-babe
I know about those withdrawals they are hell. Start some benadryl for the brain zaps it will help. You may need up to two tablets for them to improve. I took two of them sometimes. It may or may not make you sleepy, depends on your brain. Are you taking any Omega 3 or b-12 or magesium all three of these will help too. Around 1000 to 1800 mg of Omega, Walgreens has a good brand, B-12 get the sublingual types, goes under the tongue, around 500 mg. and magnesium around 500 to 1000. The magnesium will help those rages, it calms the central nervous system. And so does the b-12. Sleep all you can, you need it. Eat protein at each meal for any sugar cravings.
You can babblemail me for any other questions if you want. I was on cymbalta a year. It took me 3 months to taper off completely.
Good luck sweetie.
