Sorry about my confusing post. I should have waited a day or two, then read it again, and cleaned it up.
If you try the fasting method like Ramadan, look at the internet for how its done, you may not feel any relief until around after lunch time the first day. That works on the theory that the angels do not eat food, and so if you will do the same during the entire day, then you will be protected. The other part of the theory is that the body will produce its own chemicals, hormones, so on, due to being in a fast, that go to relieve anxiety, depression, and a whole host of problems.
However, if that technique does not work after due diligence there are other things. My website talks about other ideas, in particular meditation. The various names of angels, and archangels are used in mantras. This in theory calls upon their influence and divine protection, which includes many benefits. The body mind connection also creates physical benefits like in fasting. Once you learn to meditate, then while at work, or anywhere, you can still silently repeat the mantra, and continue working, driving, or what ever. Sort of like music in the background. First learn how its done; have some positive experiences, then try a scaled down version of the idea, without eyes closed, out in daily activities if you require the help.
