********HOW DO I FIND LOST POSTS????********

Yes Yes, newbie here. But don't think I don't know who most of you are!...I've been lurking for quite some time. Very impressive bunch. Hope I fit in.

PLEASE can someone tell me how to find a (well thought out) lenthy post that just disappeared into thin air? Happened twice since yesterday when I joined, u know, trying to impress you guys and all that...jk.

Can't find info on lost posts anywhere. Are they like lost socks? Gone forever? Please respond, at least I'll know the truth and can move on :(
