Well I'm familiar with the therapy road and the AntiD road too. What I'm thinking lately is that perhaps a part of the solution is to get off the treadmill of "modern" life and get back to basics. I quit watching prime time TV, I started a small garden and I avoid negative news--(yea, that is the hardest one!) This fast paced, materialistic culture has us all chasing our tails-- trying to keep up. I have vowed to disconnect! for my sanity!
