> I took my first 30mg dose of cymbalta this evening. I am writing this post because I am feeling quite strange. I feel a tingling sensation in my head, and I feel a bit dizzy. At the same time, it feels like my heart-rate has increased, and I might feel a little naseaus.

> If you have experienced feelings like this, your first few times taking cymbalta, please share your experience with me. I was told this drug is not mood-altering, but there is definitely something going on with me, I feel, neurologically.

> ThanksI too had a strange reaction. I am a long-time user of Cymbalta. I take 90mg/day. Last night was the first time in about 8 years that I smoked pot. I hit the pipe only 4 times. My legs, hands and head were turning numb and about 20 minutes later I had to have help standing up and walking. I was sweating profusley and my breathing was fast and shallow. I not only got nausea but I actually threw up a little bit. After the sweating stopped, I was able to enjoy the high but then it started all over again: numbness, dizzyness, sweating and nausea and finally, euphoria. This cycle of events happened about 4 times in a row. My heart rate was a little faster than normal, 95 bpm, my blood pressure was 106/60. I've smoked a good amount of pot in my time but this was the first time anything like this has ever happened to me.
