not fitting in

seems like I don't fit in here, so many are bi-polor and I have mostly anxiety ADHD depression. I relapped in a way I didn't know was possible after so many years of gains. I will keep looking at what is posted in hope of helpful infomation, but meaningful communication isn't happening for me here.
