keep the middle classes fixated on oppressing the lower classes as the source or root of all their ills...
so the elite minority can continue to profit at everyone else's expense.

i think it is an attitude that is sourced from deprivation.
that is the assumption: that there simply isn't enough to go around so there's required to be a competition.
but nations like India and South Africa and New Zealand weren't able to get their sh*t together to get a vaccine developed and rolled out... They needed to rely on other nations to get that done. they couldn't do it themselves. if there were people in those countries with the capacity to do it... the conditions in the country didn't enable them to get on with the work.
likely too busy crying for food and housing...
