Well, I called and there was no backup. I guess I'll wait and see if she calls.
I feel horrid -- I've known that I should have 'coordinated care' for a while because of my multiple health problems. But my health insurance is horrid, and I haven't wanted to leave my awesome therapist (who's in private practice and charges me 1/2 the rate of therapists around here). This is kind of a sign to me that I need someone who's able to 'be there.'
In the meantime, I'm finally telling friends and one of my sisters how I feel. So I have people to support me. I've given anything I could overdose on away. And I have dr's appts next week Tuesday.
