What you are about to read cpuld be something that could cause you to consider an alternative to taking psychiatric drugs, so if you are committed, for any reason, to take psychotropic drugs, then reject this opportunity now to read something that could have the potential for one to consider an alternative to taking psychotropic drugs.
But if you do want to consider that there are alternatives to taking psychtropic drugs for drpression, then continue to read this post.
First, there is a growing body of knowlege about psychotropic drugs that many may not be aware of. And there are different points of view, even within the medical profession, concerning the use of psychotropic drugs. Below is a link to one commenter on this subject and I am inviting you to read it and then I will comment on some things that I personally have experianced that are not in this link. I do not agree with all of what is in the link, nor am I advocating that you discontinue your use of psychotropic drugs without the supervision of your treating doctor.
