I am soooo sorry about your experience of someone reading your journal !!! How invasive. That would be very discouraging.

One thing I realized while talking with a friend yesterday, was how I want to leave a paper trail of what I feel like and what happens because I forget the emotion and the action too sometimes. I think I go overboard sometimes with the documentation yet when I read back over stufff later, I always appreciate everything I wrote. Today I am journaling by painting and it feels great !!!!
