J.
I dont know what you belive and I may be naive about the strenght of these drugs your on but I have a prayer that helps me with repetitive thoughts, especially songs that stick in my head. The prayer is called the Jesus prayer and it is very old and used by monks mostly. The prayer is very simple, "Jesus Christ have mercy on me". I repeat over and over and eventually the repetitive thoughts go away. If they return start the prayer again. Ive never found it to take more than 3 or 4 times to work. If you dont like that idea try looking at some mantra concepts.
Good luck
Peace
Ima
