Ouch. I know you're hurting, but it sounds like it's time to let her go. A restraining order is serious business, and you don't want to add to your troubles by getting arrested.
Keep addressing the issue with your current therapist. If he/she isn't helping you with it and really is sick of hearing about it (although I can't imagine that's the case), then you should find a new therapist.
I know you can make it through this.
