ok here it is i have been in therpy for awhile for depression and agoraphiba and panic attacks which are alot better then they have ever been.. my problem is that i am in lobe with my therapist and i havent told him ... is this normal ? sjould i tell him? what if i get disscharged? i am so confused .. it is totally crazy i dress nice to go the the appts. i make sure i am there early it is driving me insane some please help !!
