Thanks, Penny. That appears to be it, and I've bookmarked it. I have no idea why I'm so shaken, other than that I probably told her more than I wanted to tell her, especially in an interview. And having two therapists tell me EMDR might not be such a good idea for me really makes me feel fundamentally flawed. I know that that might not be a realistic assessment, but emotions are rarely rational.

Thanks again. (It looks odd from what I can see, and the inventor isn't a mental health practitioner)
