Please call, All Done. Remember that if he hasn't started working on it by Saturday he won't be able to, and you'll have to wait some more.
Just tell him you're really anxious about this matter, because you're afraid it will mean you'll have to change therapists. And that you're having trouble concentrating on anything else while you're worrying about this. That's ample reason for an outside session call, and has the added advantage of being nothing but the pure truth. :)
