Hi,
I am pretty sure you won't wind up in the
state hospital and you do need someone to talk to. This board is good. Lots of good advice. I think talking face to face with a therapist or pdoc is important though. It feels safe to have someone to fall back on if you get into a real mess. Take good care of yourself. terrics
