Try to not beat yourself up for not being where you think you should be. We all get impatient with this crap and want it over as soon as possible. I think the journaling is a great way to figure this junk out. I've been writing for about 2 years, and at times it seems utterly hopeless. But, through writing the same stuff over and over I've figured out small things each time. They don't seem like much when it first happens, but later you get more of a big picture and realize the significance of the 'little things'. Peace
