Um it means....oooh I can't think how to explain it! It sometimes called taking-the-(something that rhymes with mick but is a swear word).
It means being sarcastic, making fun of, oooh it's really hard to explain without using the actual word! Ha ha.
If you take the mick out of someone, being sarcastic, you are laughing at them, making fun of them, er, kind of *bullying* them?! No no that is too harsh. You can take the mick out of your friends, it's something meant quite light-heartedly.
