I do have hobbies - I learn and listen to music, I read a lot, see almost all the new movies, I even play jigsaw puzzles, and scrabble etc, go to temples and prayers etc. And I work also.

But sometimes the stress is overwhelming.. Especially the phobias about returning back to my country and my health. I really don't know what else I should be trying. But the intense anxiety around these issues don't seem to go away. Even after years of therapy.
