Ive seen my T only once and I am wondering if i should continue. He's nice and easy to talk to, but he says he doesnt want to delve into my past to find out what triggered my issues, but wants to help me with whats going on now. Im sure he could be helpful in some respects but I was kinda wanting to figure out why am i the way i am...is that an impossible task? This is the second T that has said there is no value to dredge up the past....is that true>>
