I don’t think you’re abnormal at all. I’ve had very similar experiences when I’ve been depressed. Particularly the lack of pleasure in things. I liked the way you explained it; like an unsatisfying denouement. Very descriptive!

I don’t know what kind of therapy you might get; it probably depends on a number of things. And some therapists use a combination of approaches. I think the most important thing is that you can imagine trusting your therapist, whatever his/her theoretical orientation.
