Nope. Washerface is the lady who was reccomended in the assessment. The lady I went to see once before I went into hospital. Having issues with her re payment.
The t i'm seeing today is the t from the uni councelling service.
Yeah. I think I do need to try and clarify how often we are going to be seeing each other etc.
What makes it hard is that the uni councelling service usually sees people for a max of three sessions to deal with culture shock, difficulty making friends, exam stress type stuff.
Not mental illness.
And not long term stuff.So it is hard to know how much she knows what she is doing with respect to the latter...
But shes all I've got so we just have to make the most of it.
