> hey peeps ;-) I needed some opinions...I have borderline personality disorder, major depression, ptsd, ocd, add..and fibromyalgia *yuck*
> I have had therapy in the past and am currently in therapy again for the past year and a half or so. I don't know if I am in the right kind of therapy.I am currently on paxil, seroquel and wellbutrin for about 6 months now maybe more..can't remember anything! I don't feel that much better than when I first started therapy up again. panic attacks are less, rage is a bit less, but lately, I feel like cutting again. I haven't done that in over 12 years now! I don't know what to do.Is there a special therapist that deals with borderlines?sorry this was long winded-thanks!

Well, I'm new to this place and new to therapy, so don't take what I say seriously. But for me personally it was like that. I knew I wasn't doing too good so my G.P. put me on Celexa. Its seemed ok.Side effects were so-so. I was certainly less irritable. But after I'd been on for a couple of months I started cutting again. I too hadn't cut for years. DON'T CUT!!!! The scars are way worse when your older.Ugly and purple. So I don't know what to suggest, there's lots of good people on this board that may have some good suggestions.
N.B. I recently went off celexa (2 wks. now) and feel ok. Don't feel like cutting anymore. HATE the scars. I have to lie to my kids about them. That REALLY bothers me.
Never give up!
