I have problems with this sort of thing too. Are there ways that your husband can help you out? Like giving you that extra nudge to get out of bed in the morning, making breakfast for the two of you to eat together, going for a walk with you in the evening instead of going to bed, planning extra activities to get you out of the house...?

I must say that I have always had this fantasy that if I had a husband I wouldn't just want to hid and isolate, but I guess your post tells me that isn't true! BUT I do think that your hubby can be a valuable help in breaking this habit.
