Interesting... I agree with everything Dinah said. I have a few additional thoughts (not that I'm any good with dream interpretation myself)...

For the 1st dream - you said something to your T you didn't mean to, then fell asleep. So maybe although you feel exposed in therapy and are revealing more than you intend, you still feel comfortable with him - falling asleep feeling safe.

For the 2nd dream - even though you are exposed, you are becoming comfortable with the exposure (carrying on with your normal activities before even noticing the audience). But you feel like you are being molded by others (told what to say, do) in order to withstand that exposure? I suppose that could go along with therapy. His work with you is in effect molding you, enhancing your ego strength so that you are comfortable with that exposure.

Not sure if any of that makes sense... it's Friday afternoon, I'm stuck at work, I had a *big* lunch and maybe I'm just delirious from the food coma.

And Dinah, if your T is correct - that we are everyone in our dreams - then I'm even more messed up than I thought!!! :)
