I'm not sure that it matters exactly what you did.

The important thing is to know what the perceptions are of any people that may have been hurt by what you did.

It is possible to apologize for things that you don't remember. Let people tell you in their own words what they feel happened- even if you believe it may be an exaggeration. What will truly matter is the relationship between you and those people (that person, maybe). If the relationship is strong, and the other party (ies) understand hypomania, anything may be forgiven.

Knowledge is the key. Even if it means having someone come to your house to explain bipolar disorder to your loved ones in a way they must understand.

Be strong. Advocate for yourself.

Don't put your thoughts on remembering, just do whatever you can to apologize and make your apology understood.
