i find that talking honestly and openly on babble about whatever...
is immensely helpful to me.
i say things here i would never dream of saying to anyone irl. i guess because i think i might literally drop dead of embarrassment. but i say things here...
and what i tend to find...
is that at least one person...
and probably a whole heap more than one...
have been thinking about / worrying about similar issues.and for me...
that is so very liberating.
like a whole weight a whole burden a whole unbearable guilty shameful secret is lifted:-)
so i reckon...
don't stop with that.(just maybe be a bit careful about the identifying stuff... though maybe i'm a bit paranoid there... i dunno)
