I've done a lot of reading and some trying... it's just hard for me to do. And I think in the "west" there's still a lot of baggage related to cultural issues that gets in the way of its widespread use. Pills we understand; meditation less so.

I think it would be really helpful... and feel kind of stupid that I haven't found a way to do it.
