Yeah, for a musician, therapy is a big thing. I'm a singer and when I started therapy, all these really intense emotions were happening in my sessions, and it spilled over into other areas of life too. Like drama class. My drama teacher said he didn't get too much out of me my first two years of college, and in my third year, that he could see things "pouring out of me." So I knew it was direcly related to therapy. I started feeling the depth of the music and text I was working on. I just became so much more expressive. I'm glad that it's been good for your music, too!
