I was readign my old posts only yesterday and three years back I was complaining about my T not replying to my emails properly and still now in the same boat :-)
Funny, how I never changed and how my first T never changed too. He was never very good in explaining his reasons or actions to me - even when I asked repeatedly to explain. And till the end he remained that way. Perhaps he wanted me to terminate with him 3 years back taking his silence as an indication and I never did.
