How long have you been working with your therapist? Sometimes that makes a difference. And I think their style and the "kind" of therapy they do.
I usually give my therapist a symbolic gift -- not expensive and almost always a funny card. He has two of the things I've given him out in his office, which makes me smile.
I'm having a harder time this year thinking of something. Any ideas?
