I agree that this board helps some people move forward in the therapy process. I know it helps me. If it wasn't for some babblers support, I wouldn't be able to tell my T half of the "hard stuff" I share. And it's that gosh darn hard stuff that makes for a successful therapy experience (most of the time).
And it's true about minimizing our experiences. We feel we lived through them, and so many people have things so much worse ... but pain is pain. It's hard to compare suffering, no matter how it shows its ugly head.
I look forward to reading more of your posts. Thanks for the introduction.
