Thanks for your posts! I didn't think there were too many other people like me.

I just don't get psychotherapy. I didn't like it when my therapist would say something like, "You've been through a lot" when I was explaining, tearfully, why I wanted to kill myself. I would think to myself, "Yes, I *know* I've been through a lot, I don't want to go through any more, that's one of the reasons I want out."

I'm not real happy with CBT, either. I seem to run into brick walls with it. E.g. when I'm deeply depressed there are no pleasurable activities to schedule, because nothing is pleasureable.

Is there something wrong with me? (Besides major depression, I mean.)
