Hi, Racer.

Sorry for the late answer, but I believe individuals don't need to issue 1099-MISC's. It's a business form used, in part, for payments over $600 made to a health provider "in the course of their trade or business".

That said, if you *are* a business, don't forget you also have to issue them for any cash payments for fish. Odd the way the IRS works, isn't it? ;)
