CT my anxiety has gotten so bad I can't stand it. I agree with getting anti-anxiety meds, although I take xanax, and now even that doesn't stop the anxiety completely, but I think I'd have a heart attack and die if I had to experience the full attack. I don't think you cause it, but there must be something going on inside that's making you feel anxious - it's just your reaction.fw
