paranoid

Posted by nellie7 on February 22, 2006, at 10:27:23

Hi again,

I'm in a mess and would appreciate any advice- again. Sorry about all the babbling.
I have reason to believe a pdoc I used to go to has accessed private info about me without my knowledge. I also know he is not the only one who has this info but don't know all the details.
The problem is that it is very easy to jump to the wrong conclusions from reading that information. I am afraid that is probably what has happened. No one asked me and now they are probably assuming all the wrong things about what I think and feel.
It is so difficult to go back to this pdoc in order to clear up the picture, because I feel so embarrassed and exposed, perhaps for the wrong reasons. It will be extremely overwhelming to face him but there is no other way to understand what is going on. I am becoming paranoid and assuming the worst.
How can all this be cleared up when all I want to do is hide away? I am afraid to be shamed due to conclusions reached by accessing something which never should have been accessed. And it is too embarrassing to bring up this topic at all.
Sorry about all this rambling.

Thanks in advance for any advice,
Nellie.
