Hey Gee. it's hard to 'pick' a good moment to talk about things you've never said before. i think that's why we react the way we do. our mind pushes it to the surface. it never feels good at first. it gets harder before it gets better. but my friend used to say 'just spit it out, throw it all up and sort through it later.' it's the throwing up part that's so hard but it need to just get out there. sometimes it's enough to just say it, other times you need to talk about something endlessly.

sorry there is so much pain for you right now. just know we are here for you.
