I think the bed making thing was in one of Dinah's dreams, but it was her therapist's bed, not hers, if I remember correctly.
There is something very personal about a bed and making it seems to be putting it in order. Perhaps it was this shared task that represented your therapy with her.
I'm glad you got a hug in the dream too. How will it feel to tell her about it and NOT get one?
Why is everything fraught with peril? Why?!
