Frida, I am so very glad that you have such a warm, caring and wonderful T. What a gift she has given you.
If you don't mind (and it's fine if you do), I'd like to hear more about the physical work she is suggesting. I, too, have a lot of trouble talking, although it has gotten much better over the 21 years I've been with my T. Still, the more upset and traumatized I am by something, the harder it is to get the words out.
