Phone calls. Anything but phone calls. UGH!!
I've been living in my apartment now for 8 months. The management agency never sent me a lease. All I need to do is call the agency and ask them to send me a copy of the lease.
Why couldn't this have happened to someone who had no problem making phone calls? I agree ... so, SO not fair.
