You are not bad and ugly. Good job for talking to her. I'm sorry she didn't come through for you. Maybe try calling one of those numbers, if you can. You don't have to tell them about your T, but tell them about how hopeless you're feeling. Just talking to someone, with your voice, in real life, helps sometimes. I wish I could take all the pain away from you and make it disappear. You are so brave and strong.
